Returns

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we accept returns only on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

If you had an adverse reaction after using these products, please notify us immediately. We will accept unsealed product within 10 days of purchase.

Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If you bring it into our store, there will be no charge for shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used supplements (outside of the terms above)
  

• Gift cards

• Downloadable or digital products

• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
